CouchCart ships orders within 3 business days of purchase. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, and many orders are shipped sooner than our stated handling time.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next available business day.
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery times are determined by the shipping provider. CouchCart does not have control over carrier operations, transit times, delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances that may affect delivery.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase, as we are unable to redirect packages after they have been dispatched.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist in resolving the issue.
