Return and Refund Policy
At CouchCart, we specialize in one-of-a-kind vintage, preowned, and collectible items. Due to the unique nature of our inventory, all sales are considered final unless there is a valid issue with the order.
We do not generally accept returns for reasons such as buyer's remorse, changed mind, fit, color preference, or accidental purchases.
Returns and refunds may be approved in the following situations:
- The item was damaged during shipping.
- The wrong item was received.
- The item arrived significantly different from its description.
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item, packaging, and any damage, do not discard any portion of the
Cancellation requests are not accepted. Orders are processed and shipped daily, often within hours of purchase, and cannot be canceled once placed.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected.
CouchCart reserves the right to deny return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
